Let me share a few of my Make Your Energy Last Tips:

• Do something FUN! Time always goes by faster when you laugh, play or do anything that is fun. And you have more energy for other not so fun projects.
• Sleep enough! 7-9 hours a night and if that’s still not enough try a 20 minute power nap during the day. That will stretch your energy into the evening.
• And speaking of stretching, get up and move! A 10 minute walk with energize your day.
• Breathe! Deep full breathes will ignite your energy to keep you going all day.
